Virmii Refund Policy

Virmii offers one-time credit packs ranging from 50 credits for $6.00 USD to 400 credits for $25.00 USD. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. The credits and price for your selected pack, any applicable taxes, and the final total are shown before payment.

Purchased credits are added to the Virmii account associated with the checkout after Creem confirms payment. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are used only for eligible Virmii features.

Starting an avatar generation uses 50 credits. If Virmii cannot submit the generation request or the upstream Tripo generation task reports a failure, the charged credits are restored automatically to the same account.

Automatic credit restoration is not a cash refund. A completed generation that is technically delivered but does not match a user's subjective preference does not automatically qualify for credit restoration. Contact support if a delivered file is unusable because of a verified service defect.

We review cash-refund requests for duplicate charges, purchased credits that were not delivered, or a material technical failure that support cannot reasonably remedy. Purchases that have been fully or partially used are generally not refundable for a change of mind, except where applicable law or the Creem Buyer Terms require otherwise.

Approved cash refunds are processed only through Creem, the merchant of record. A full or partial cash refund removes the corresponding number of purchased credits from the Virmii account. Creem may also process a refund where required by its terms, a payment-network decision, or applicable law.

1. Email contact@virmii.com from the address associated with your Virmii purchase.
2. Include the Creem order or checkout identifier, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send payment-card details.
3. We aim to respond within three business days. If approved, the refund will be issued through Creem to the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Purchases are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms and the Virmii Terms of Service. If these rules conflict with a mandatory consumer protection, the mandatory protection applies.
