1. Rights overview
Your privacy rights depend on where you live and how the law applies to Virmii. Subject to applicable exceptions, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection relating to personal information.
Virmii does not discriminate against users for exercising an applicable privacy right. This page supplements the Privacy Policy.
2. Access and know
You may request confirmation of whether Virmii processes your personal information and a copy or summary of relevant account, creator-content, job, and service data, including categories of information and service providers where required.
3. Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate information associated with your Virmii account. Some identity details come from your Google account and may need to be updated with Google before they refresh in Virmii.
4. Export and portability
Completed generation jobs may provide direct VRM and available GLB downloads. You may also request an export of eligible account and workspace data in a commonly used format where applicable law requires it.
5. Delete content or an account
Where a delete control is available, you can remove an individual generation job and its associated Virmii-managed assets. Deletion from active systems may be asynchronous because generated files can exist across processing and object-storage services.
To request deletion of your account and remaining creator workspace data, email contact@virmii.com from the address associated with your account. We may retain limited information where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
6. Restrict or object
Where applicable, you may ask Virmii to restrict certain processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Because reference processing and model generation are necessary to provide the requested avatar service, restricting that processing may prevent a job from continuing.
7. Consent and device permissions
You can withdraw optional consent where consent is the basis for processing. Camera access can be stopped in Virmii or revoked in browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful basis.
8. Submit a request
- Email contact@virmii.com from the address associated with your Virmii account.
- State the right you want to exercise and the account or avatar data involved.
- Do not send passwords, Google access tokens, private live-stage tokens, or unnecessary identity documents.
- We will confirm the request, explain any necessary verification, and respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Verification and authorized agents
We may verify that a request comes from the account holder before disclosing or deleting information. Where local law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, we may ask for evidence of authorization and may still confirm the request directly with the account holder.
10. Questions, appeals, and complaints
If you disagree with a response, reply to the decision and ask for a review. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to a local privacy or data-protection authority. Contact contact@virmii.com if you need help identifying the appropriate process.
