Virmii Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Virmii. By accessing the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. Virmii is not intended for children under 13.

A paid purchase may be completed only by a person who has the legal age, capacity, and authority to enter into the purchase in their jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and private live-stage links.
• Do not share a live access token publicly. Rotate or disable it if it may have been exposed.
• We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.

You retain the rights you already hold in reference images and other material you submit ("Inputs"). You grant Virmii a limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Inputs only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process each Input. Uploading an image does not transfer third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or character rights to you.

Subject to these Terms, as between you and Virmii, you may use and download the avatar models, textures, rigs, VRM files, previews, and related results generated for you ("Outputs") to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AI output may not be unique, may resemble other material, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. Your use of an Output remains subject to rights in the Input, third-party provider terms, embedded open-source or format licenses, and applicable law.

Review an Output before publishing, distributing, selling, or relying on it commercially. Virmii does not provide a legal clearance opinion for a character or Output.

Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. You may not use Virmii to create, upload, process, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, or other rights.
• Non-consensual sexual imagery, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or grooming.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, manipulation of a real person's face or identity, deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, targeted abuse, or doxxing.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or unlawful discrimination.
• Malware, credential theft, security bypasses, automated abuse, or interference with the service.
• Illegal activity or content prohibited where you or Virmii operate.

Do not attempt to extract service credentials, access another user's assets, bypass usage limits, or use private live URLs without authorization. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy.

Virmii provides AI-assisted avatar generation, model management, and live avatar tools. Availability, processing time, and output quality depend on model complexity and third-party providers. Features may be updated, capacity-limited, or discontinued, and generation jobs may fail or produce results that are not usable.

Paid checkout is provided by Creem as merchant of record. The price, included credits, and taxes shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Creating or using a Virmii account does not authorize a paid charge; a purchase occurs only when you select a credit pack and complete the Creem checkout process.

The available one-time packs range from 50 credits for $6.00 USD to 400 credits for $25.00 USD, and starting an avatar generation uses 50 credits. If a submitted generation fails, Virmii automatically restores its charged credits. See the Refund Policy for cash-refund eligibility and the difference between a credit restoration and a cash refund.

Before purchasing, you must review these Terms, the Privacy Policythe Refund Policyand the Creem Buyer Terms. Approved cash refunds are processed through Creem, and refunded credit purchases cause the corresponding credits to be removed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Virmii relies on authentication, cloud, AI generation, processing, and delivery providers. Those services may experience interruptions and may apply their own terms to particular processing or Outputs. References to VRM, glTF, OBS, Google, Cloudflare, Convex, Tripo, Modal, or other products do not imply endorsement or guarantee compatibility.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly affect active users.

You may stop using Virmii at any time and can request account deletion as described in Your Privacy Rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement terms—will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virmii is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that generation will succeed, that an Output will be unique or free of defects, that face tracking will support every expression, or that a file will work in every third-party application. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virmii and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or production time arising from the service. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the product and its business model change. The effective date identifies the current version. If a material change requires renewed consent, we will request it through an appropriate channel.
