Virmii Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every reference image, uploaded VRM, generated 3D model, live-stage session, and other content or activity submitted to or performed through Virmii.

You may not use Virmii to create, upload, process, publish, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor, including sexualized fictional or animated depictions of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, grooming, or content intended to facilitate abuse.

Virmii may not be used for face swapping, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or manipulation of a real person's face, voice, or identity. Do not falsely suggest that a real person created, endorsed, or participated in an Output.

Virmii's live tracking feature derives motion and expression values in the user's browser to animate an avatar. It is not a face-swap or deepfake service and must not be represented or used as one.

• Do not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
• Do not facilitate fraud, harassment, threats, doxxing, targeted abuse, human trafficking, terrorism, violent extremism, or unlawful discrimination.
• Do not create or distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass security controls, scrape private data, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use Virmii for illegal activity or content prohibited where you or Virmii operate.

Do not extract service credentials, access another user's assets, share private live-stage tokens without authorization, evade account or usage limits, automate abusive requests, or attempt to disrupt Virmii or its providers.

We may reject generation requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report activity where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, or comply with law.

Report suspected violations to contact@virmii.com. Include the relevant avatar or job information without sending passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive data.
