From One Character Idea to Your Live VTuber

Virmii is an online AI VTuber maker for creating a 3D avatar from a reference image. Generate the model, manage the VRM, track your face in the browser, and bring the avatar into OBS from one workspace.

A character people recognise at a glance

Virmii keeps the face, outfit, and palette together while you move from concept art to on-stream expressions.

The same generated character appears in three purpose-built views to show how its identity holds up across different placements.

Five clear steps from idea to live

Start with the design. Move forward only when the character feels like yours.

  1. 01

    Character image

Upload a clear character reference image for the VTuber you want to create.

  2. 02

    Model generation

Use AI to turn the reference image into a textured 3D VTuber model.

  3. 03

    VRM management

Follow rigging and VRM preparation, then preview and manage the finished avatar in one workspace.

  4. 04

    Browser face tracking

Use your camera to drive supported head movement, gaze, blinks, and expressions in real time.

  5. 05

    OBS live output

Open a private live stage in OBS and keep the completed VRM for compatible tools.

Your first step is the only one you need to think about now.

So, who is Virmii for?

If you have a character you want to see moving on screen, there is probably a route in for you. Pick the description that sounds most like your current quest.

I'm an illustrator. Can my character become a VTuber?

You already did the hard part: creating a character people can recognize. Bring a clean reference image, and Virmii helps turn that design into a rigged 3D avatar you can preview, download, and take live.

I'm a 3D artist or modeler. Is Virmii useful for me?

Yep. Upload a compatible VRM to your private model library, check how it moves in the browser, and send it to an OBS live stage without rebuilding the whole preview setup. Virmii does not replace your craft; it gives your finished model a quicker route to the screen.

I want to start streaming soon, not six months from now.

That's Virmii's sweet spot. Start with a character image, follow one guided 3D workflow, test the result in your browser, and add the private live-stage URL to OBS. There is still a little setup to learn, but you can skip the usual tour of five different tools.

I already have a VRM. Can I bring my own character?

Absolutely. Upload the VRM, preview it, check its tracking level, and use it on your browser live stage. A model with the right facial setup can blink and lip-sync; other models still get reliable head and body movement, so nobody has to stay frozen like a background NPC.
